About Me

I am a PhD researcher in Computer Science at the School of Science, Aalto University, Finland, supervised by Prof. Qi Chen and co-supervised by Prof. Samuel Kaski and Prof. Simon Olsson. My research lies at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computational biology, aiming to develop computational approaches for understanding and engineering biological systems.

My current research focuses on AI-driven molecular design, computational modeling, and data-driven approaches for biological discovery. I am particularly interested in developing machine learning methods for molecular generation, protein and peptide design, and understanding biomolecular interactions through computational approaches.

Academic Background

I received my Master’s degree in Biology from the School of Life Science and Technology, ShanghaiTech University, where I worked on computational approaches for studying biological systems, including GPCR-ligand interactions and molecular modeling.

Previously, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from China Pharmaceutical University. My interdisciplinary background in pharmaceutical sciences and computational methods motivates my current research in AI-driven biology.

My current work explores how artificial intelligence can accelerate biological discovery, including generative modeling, molecular design, and computational analysis of biomolecular systems.
